About the role
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Infometric intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. Infometric is headquartered in Sollentuna and consists of about 60 employees.
Job responsibilities
In the role of First Line Support, you will primarily work in two areas. You provide support to customers who contact Infometric via phone or email with questions related to Infometric's products and services. At the same time, you handle administrative tasks related to customer cases, such as logins, order management, and reallocating more complex cases to Second Line.
You will be part of the after-sales department, a group of thirteen people with a good atmosphere and strong community. You will receive a thorough introduction to create as good an understanding as possible of Infometric's working methods and products.

First customer contact via email and phone
Administrative work
Assign cases to Second Line
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed secondary education
Experience in customer service, reception, or similar
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
Meritorious with experience as a helpdesk technician or support technician

You are attentive, accommodating, and have a natural desire to help others. When problems arise, you act solution-oriented and are motivated by providing customers with first-class service.

At the same time, you take great responsibility for your work, are meticulous, and rarely miss details. You plan and structure your work methodically, which creates security for both colleagues and customers.
